I read my (Canadian) husband the bit about the difference between England and US and dodgem/bumper. He said that the Canadian way is to bump but say “sorry” every time.
You're writing a craft book?? well I've just spiritually pre-ordered the hell out of that one!
Also, I would love to read a novel that begins, "Once upon a time I lived in an apartment with a round room I used as an office, and I have always missed it, missed that round room more than perhaps any single dwelling of my life."
I too love roller coasters, but I have always HATED to spin. My favorite thing is to drop.

I lived for 7 years in a yurt once and also miss the round living. And I love roller coasters too!

My favorite thing is to drop, too!
!!!!!! well definitely let me know if you would like to join me on the Tower of Terrors or any similarly just-drop venture.
What a welcome interlude on a rainy day here in the Midwest--crits, carnivals, and clever carts. Thanks!
